Job Summary
Dealer Relationship Specialist at OneMain Financial to build partnerships with auto dealerships, grow loan volume, and serve as a trusted contact for dealerships nationwide. Responsibilities include connecting with dealership partners, delivering world-class support via phone, email, and video conferencing; growing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing dealerships in the assigned region; assisting dealers with understanding OneMain lending products and submitting applications; prospecting new dealerships, following up with interested contacts, and turning warm leads into lasting partnerships; monitoring dealership performance and proactively engaging inactive or underperforming partners; collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the dealer experience; and occasional travel to key markets to strengthen strategic connections in person. Ensure adherence to OneMain policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or inside sales, particularly in high volume or call center environments
- Excellent phone presence with clear, confident, and professional communication skills
- Preferred experience working with auto dealerships, lenders or in automotive finance
- Strong comfort level using CRM platforms and sales tools to manage outreach and track performance
- Bilingual in Spanish
