Job Summary

Manage an assigned territory of Stellantis OEM dealerships to achieve growth in indirect auto finance, leasing, floor plan opportunities, and small business fleet development. Serve as the lead point of contact for dealer relationship matters, develop and conduct training on SFS credit guidelines for dealership staff, maintain and grow dealership relationships, analyze data to identify challenges and trends in the territory, and prepare weekly itineraries and reports to maximize production and customer satisfaction. Role requires collaboration with credit and funding departments, and may involve overnight travel and remote work from a corporate or home office while maintaining a field presence.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Dealer Relationship Manager or in a similar indirect auto finance role
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet/exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Proven retail automotive experience
  • Travel 25-50% per posting
