Job Summary
Dealer Relationship Manager (DRM) manages an assigned territory of Stellantis OEM dealership relationships to drive indirect auto finance, leasing, and floor plan opportunities, with a focus on achieving target application and contract volume penetration. Responsibilities include serving as the lead point of contact for dealer relationship matters, conducting training to maximize production under SFS credit guidelines, maintaining relationships with dealership personnel, collaborating with credit and funding departments, assisting dealerships with contract issues, and communicating progress through weekly itineraries, call reports, and expense submissions. Requires a minimum of 3 years in a related role, strong sales track record, excellent communication, and willingness to travel 25-50% while working a role that supports remote and field presence.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience Dealer Relationship Manager for an indirect auto finance company in a successful production environment
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Proven retail automotive experience
- Overtime required – N/A
- Travel 25-50%
