Job Summary
Dealer Performance Specialist for Audi RED across Canada. Two openings (Eastern Canada and Western Canada) with EST/MST hours; remote candidates across Canada. Role involves acting as liaison between Dealers, Field Reps, 3rd-party vendors, and internal stakeholders; handling program enrollments (likely related to the oADD platform); providing support and training; developing subject-matter expertise on the oADD program; addressing issue resolution; monitoring and improving performance metrics and conversion; content quality assurance, SEO optimization, and CRO; content updates and keyword analysis; UX/UI considerations; usability testing; and ensuring compliance and accuracy. Requirements include 5+ years in website management or digital marketing, proficiency with web analytics (GA, Adobe Analytics), SEO, CMS and Salesforce, strong analytical skills, experience in KPI tracking, and excellent communication and leadership. Bonus: certifications in analytics, SEO, digital marketing, or project management; English and Mandarin fluency. Salary range CAD 70,000 to CAD 85,000 annually, with base pay and benefits; remote-first with in-office Toronto option.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in website management, digital marketing, or related fields
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Familiarity with CMS and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and improve website performance
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices and usability testing
- Experience in managing website projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends
- Nice to have: Certifications in web analytics, SEO, digital marketing, or project management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
