Dealer Manager

Analyze, develop, and consult the dealer network on optimal market coverage while evaluating performance at primary and secondary levels. Identify new markets for coverage, prepare action plans to achieve required Corporate Identity, and coordinate business process improvements. Manage dealer recruitment, evaluate applicants, and finalize locations including layout planning and construction monitoring. Develop feasibility models for new partners and coordinate with Sales, After Sales, and Marketing to define profitability measures. Initiate business process improvements and support the dealer management selection and development process.
