Job Summary
Dealer Manager to grow and manage the dealer network across Rivers, Anambra, and Enugu regions. Responsible for recruiting and onboarding new dealers, monitoring dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs, developing and implementing dealer sales strategies to drive product penetration, training dealers on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions, conducting regular market visits to assess operations and branding, resolving dealer issues, analyzing sales data for growth opportunities, preparing periodic performance and market trend reports, and enforcing company policies and pricing structures. Field and office-based responsibilities with emphasis on relationship management, sales planning, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
