Job Summary
The Dealer will provide friendly and fast customer service, perform accurate cash and chip transactions, observe wagers, and maintain game security. Responsibilities include assisting guests with understanding game rules, paying winning bets, and adhering to regulatory requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent is required along with dealer training or previous experience. Candidates must possess strong mathematical skills and have the ability to handle cash accurately. Good manual dexterity and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to obtain necessary gaming licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience
- Must be fast and accurate in handling cash
- Must be able to successfully complete an audition displaying adequate Table Games Dealing skills
- Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets
- Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards and money
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
Desired Qualifications
- Six months experience in customer service field preferred
- Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification
Additional Requirements
- Team member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by Tribal Government, Federal, State, and local regulations
