Job Summary
Oversee and manage the Floor Plan Insurance program for commercial vehicles, including administering and executing insurance programs in collaboration with dealerships and insurance partners; develop innovative insurance solutions, ensure policies are accurate and compliant, and maintain strong dealership relationships; monitor performance metrics, streamline operations for applications, claims, and renewals, provide regular reporting, and lead training to enhance team capabilities; requires a Bachelor's degree (or 8 years of relevant experience), a P&C license, and 5+ years in insurance with focus on commercial vehicles/floor plan insurance; hybrid work arrangement in Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with significant experience in commercial vehicles or floor plan insurance
- P&C Insurance license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
