Job Summary
Dealer position at Belterra Casino Resort & Spa offering superior service and accurate dealing with games, cash handling, and adherence to game procedures. Requires completing dealer school, obtaining necessary licenses/certifications, being at least 21, and proficiency with dealing skills (Craps knowledge highly preferred). Sign-on bonuses are available: $1,000 at 6 months and $1,000 at 12 months for Craps-experienced dealers; otherwise $100 per month for 6 months. Responsibilities include explaining game aspects to players, maintaining game integrity, processing cash, and providing courteous service while coordinating with coworkers. Required Qualifications
- Completion of dealer school
