Dealing dice games (Craps/Dice) for Palms Casino Resort guests with courteous, accurate service to promote an entertaining gaming environment. Maintain professional presentation, stand for long periods, actively engage players, support marketing promotions and the Serrano Club program, and ensure game productivity while protecting assets. Must be able to work a full schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a casino setting, with adherence to dress code and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiently deal craps/dice games
- Fluent in English
- Eligible to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
- Mathematical skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide)
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to accommodate changing business demands (schedules, overtime)
- Uphold integrity and comply with regulatory, company and department policies
