Job Summary
Dealer Development Manager to support and grow the assigned dealer territory through strategic initiatives, onboarding experiences for new dealers, training program creation, financial analysis, and performance reporting. Responsibilities include growing top-line sales, improving dealer financial health and margins, educating dealers on product offerings, incentives, pricing, and marketing, coordinating with internal resources for dealer support, and developing best-practice models for dealer operations and selling processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required
- At least 2 years of commercial furnishings sales, dealer development/support, or relevant experience required; 4 years of experience preferred
