Job Summary
The Dealer Consultant is a field-based position that serves as the single point of contact for Ford and Lincoln Dealers regarding FordDirect’s suite of dealer products and services. Responsibilities include consulting Dealers on digital market strategies, managing dealer relationships, providing coaching to dealership team members, and driving product penetration and revenue goals. Ideal candidates possess strong financial management skills and digital marketing expertise, with a proven ability to exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, or equivalent combination of work experience and education
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Knowledge of dealership operations (New/Used Sales, Service and Parts)
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and high ethics
Desired Qualifications
- Digital marketing experience (5+ years)
- Experience working with automotive retail team members (5+ years)
- Direct solution selling experience (5+ years) preferably to automotive dealers
- Experience with CRM systems
- Financial management experience
