Job Summary
Dealer position in the Table Games department providing superior guest service at casino tables. Responsibilities include dealing table games (Black Jack, Roulette, Baccarat, Craps), maintaining game pace and protection, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism, and working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must learn and apply company policies, game procedures, internal controls, and safety guidelines; prior dealing-school completion and MO gaming-license readiness are required. Strong math, reading/writing, and customer-service skills are emphasized along with ongoing on-the-job training and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or its equivalent
- read and write
- strong mathematical skills
- completed dealing school or its equivalent
- knowledge of Black Jack, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps preferred
- knowledge of Missouri Gaming laws and regulations
- valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming License
- required certifications for the position
- completed company training
