Job Summary
Respond to dealer, customer, and internal enquiries via phone and email. Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Update warehouse priority tasks and daily task lists, including receipting and dispatch activities. Coordinate transport for machines when required. Work closely with Dealer Central, warehouse, logistics, and other internal teams to support strong dealer outcomes. Support the Manager, Dealer Central ANZ, with other tasks as required. Join the ANZ team to help keep the dealer network moving and ensure the Farmer First approach is delivered effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales support, customer service, administration or a similar support role
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive approach to solving problems and making practical decisions
- Confidence working through detailed processes and changing daily priorities
- A collaborative, adaptable and team-focused approach
- An interest in learning about AGCO's products, dealer network and customer support operations
