Job Summary
Deal live table games according to established policies and procedures while providing outstanding customer service. Shuffle and deal cards accurately, calculate face value, exchange cash for proper denominations of chips, and manage bets on the betting square. Notify supervisor of irregularities or potential gaming violations. Provide outstanding service to guests and team members; learn, deal, and rotate through multiple table games; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months of prior experience or dealer’s school strongly preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift
- Must be able to bend and reach across gaming table
- Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
