Deal various table games while handling currency and chips, protecting bankrolls, and following house rules. Monitor game layouts continuously and provide service reflecting the company's culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.). Inform the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor of any gaming-related violations. Maintain communication through tasks assigned by Marine or Security during emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in dealing various table games
- Effective communication with players and supervisors
- Basic mathematical skills
- Knowledge of all game rules and internal control policies
- Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2
