Job Summary
Proactively identify and recruit new potential dealers within the Southern region to expand the company's footprint. Conduct sales presentations and pitches to prospective dealers regarding product specifications and partnership benefits. Serve as the primary point of contact for Johor dealers, addressing inquiries related to stock availability and pricing while regularly visiting to monitor performance. Drive sales targets by processing orders accurately and collaborating with logistics to ensure timely delivery of motorcycles and spare parts. Maintain accurate records of interactions and generate monthly regional reports. Stay up-to-date on competitor movements and offer technical consultations on spare parts and product features. This role supports B2B dealership growth in Johor, Kedah, or Terengganu for a motivated hunter with one year of automotive sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- at least 1 or more years of relevant experience in sales or the automotive industry
- basic knowledge of motorcycle spare parts and automotive specifications
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated hunter mindset
- ability to work independently in the Johor region
