Job Summary
As a Dealer Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to dealer partners, managing sales activities, training dealers, and acquiring new business opportunities. Your role demands a consultative sales approach while managing dealer relationships, preparing presentations, and maintaining effective communication. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in automotive finance and sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire for career advancement. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (required)
- 1-2 years previous experience in a Sales role with a proven track record of success
- College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience)
- Presentation skills (from initial creation to delivery)
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
- Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement
- Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (beneficial)
- Previous Outside Sales Experience (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Possession of a valid state driver's license required
