Job Summary
Deal Support IT End User Support Specialist enabling sales teams with SAP CRM and Harmony tools, handling ServiceNow tickets, troubleshooting issues, and supporting Cloud, On Premise, and Services Sales deal motions to streamline the buying experience. Responsibilities include multi-channel end-user assistance, root-cause analysis, engagement with stakeholders to mitigate escalations, contributing to or leading process-related projects, testing new system features, and sharing best practices to maximize team efficiency. Requires collaborative teamwork, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently and within a global team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with ServiceNow, SAP CRM, and/or Harmony Quote & Opportunity.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer-service attitude; analytical and inquisitive mindset; multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced support environment.
