Deal Support Analyst located at Ortigas Center, Pasig City will collaborate with sellers to structure deals, price, and promote offerings; prepare complex quotations using Salesforce CPQ; verify compliance with pricing, approvals, and contract terms; maintain high data accuracy for complex deals; support global sales operations with a shift-based onsite schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2-years of experience with case management tools
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Independent worker with minimal technical supervision
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-departmental teams
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Must have CRM and Quote creation experience
- Good to have: Salesforce Tool background
