Deal Operations role focusing on commercial development and end-to-end contract lifecycle. Responsibilities include owning RFP/RFI/proposal responses from intake to on-time submission, coordinating input from Sales, Legal, Finance, Security, and Product, building a reusable proposal content library, translating commercial intent into pricing and SKU guidance, and ensuring alignment with standard terms. Additional duties cover Deal Governance (CRM data quality, approval workflows), contract execution (first-d draft to countersignature, redline management, and repository maintenance), and ongoing Systems & continuous improvement (Salesforce/CPQ alignment, process optimization, and tooling for scale). Skills & competencies emphasize proposal & RFP development, contract literacy, customer-facing negotiation, process discipline, automation mindset, and clear written communication.
