Job Summary
Deal Operations Specialist at Curriculum Associates supporting sales opportunities within a defined territory. Responsibilities include driving operational success from initial engagement to order entry, providing accurate price quotes for products and services, maintaining opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with pricing policies, evaluating quotes for approvals, improving internal tools and processes, and documenting complex deals. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales Representatives, a strong focus on policy interpretation and deal configurations, and clear communication to internal stakeholders and customers. Must work during Central or Mountain Time business hours. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of work experience
- Proficiency with Excel (drive to further develop)
- Experience with Salesforce (a plus) or AI tools (a plus)
