Job Summary
Orchestrate and manage the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in North America, ensuring every deal is commercially sound, accurate, and aligned with company policies. Review complex deal structures and pricing proposals, proactively identifying risk flags and managing non-standard commercial terms or exceptions. Act as the trusted strategic partner for Sales and Account Management teams, providing real-time guidance on pricing mechanics, structuring, and approval pathways. Bridge the gap between Legal, Finance, and Operations to seamlessly resolve custom contract requests and non-standard deal terms. Apply Docebo's pricing model consistently across diverse deal scenarios, balancing swift execution with scalable compliance. Maintain and evolve playbooks, templates, and reference documentation to keep deal execution sharp, consistent, and scalable. Participate in team retrospectives and process improvement initiatives to strip away friction, boost efficiency, and keep the deal engine running faster than ever.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for evaluating complex financial and contractual risk landscapes
- Proven track record inside a fast-paced SaaS environment, with specialized exposure to pricing, finance, deal desk, or commercial legal support
- Expert-level mastery of CRM environments (Salesforce preferred)
- power-user skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Stellar organizational and time management skills
- Top-tier written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
