Job Summary
Deal Desk Manager to support EMEA, providing deal intelligence and governance to ensure win/win deals with customers and Egnyte. Responsibilities include supporting sales and renewals through complete cycles, drafting and approving special and commercial terms, guiding deal structuring to maximize customer success and Total Contract Value (TCV), participating in deal reviews, and collaborating with Sales Enablement to deliver training. Requires experience with subscription-based licensing, CPQ tools (Salesforce.com), and ability to navigate internal resources to unblock opportunities; ability to work extended hours and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Deal Desk (or equivalent) experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and CPQ
- Strong understanding of enterprise software business, subscription-based licensing, and professional services
- Ability to navigate internal resources to obtain guidance on deal construction and approvals
- Strong communication skills to convey policy changes and deal updates
- Ability to work extended hours during month/quarter-end cycles
- Demonstrated initiative to drive operational procedures and maintain consistency
- Ability to balance big-picture and details in deal structures
