Job Summary
Own the Quote-to-Cash Lifecycle by partnering with RevOps to architect and oversee the end-to-end deal workflow from initial quote generation to invoicing. Drive pricing governance by developing a sales approval matrix that balances velocity with revenue integrity, while acting as a strategic partner to Sales for non-standard terms and multi-year contracts. Optimize legal and contract handoffs by streamlining review processes, managing workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation to prevent closure bottlenecks. Ensure data integrity within the CRM by validating capture standards for forecasting and renewal management. Standardize policies to eliminate friction, analyze cycle times, and evolve playbooks to accelerate deal velocity. Serve as the source of truth for deal metrics, analyzing discounting trends and operational KPIs to drive smarter pricing decisions. Log operational errors to uncover root causes and continuously improve the deal desk function for long-term scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of deal desk experience
- preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
- Understand core GAAP principles
- basic accounting processes
- Expertise with CRM
- CPQ and related sales process tools
- Experience with quote to cash systems
