Job Summary
Deal Desk Analyst at Vonage based in Mexico. Support Sales teams in all commercial aspects of deals, including pricing quotations; lead the execution of high-value deals and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Product and Pricing to develop and execute pricing strategy. Responsible for building price quotes, analyzing deal margins and competitive positioning, enabling deal velocity, driving CPQ adoption in SFDC, transforming deal data into actionable pricing insights, streamlining tools and templates, training stakeholders on pricing and onboarding processes, and delivering operational efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting required
- 5+ years in a Strategic Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance role in a fast-paced SaaS/telecom environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Excel skills and data manipulation
- Fluent in English
