Job Summary
Detail-oriented Deal Biller in a long-standing automotive dealership setting. Responsible for recording all new/used, retail and wholesale transactions, loading dealer trades, verifying commission calculations per pay plans, submitting funding packages to banks, handling flooring payoffs and reconciliations, and reconciling factory incentives. Maintains accurate records in a fast-paced office with multiple priorities and ensures deals are processed efficiently. Cadence is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work with multiple priorities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- CDK experience is strongly preferred but not required
- 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- able to pass a criminal background check
- pre-employment drug screen
