Record all dealer transactions (new, used, retail & wholesale) and load/record dealer trades; verify commission calculations based on pay plans for assigned stores; break down deals and submit funding packages to banks; perform flooring payoffs and reconciliation; reconcile factory incentives; review schedules for accuracy; maintain a professional appearance and neat work area; position supports a fast-paced office with multiple priorities and a schedule of Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- CDK experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
