Job Summary
Deal Advisor at Coldwell Banker Realty; supports agents in transaction management, contract review, and coaching/training. Oversees document approvals in Transaction Manager, reviews listings and disclosures for regulatory compliance, manages contract changes, responds to agent inquiries via email/phone/virtual meetings, tracks agent interactions, conducts in-person and virtual training on transaction processes and contract management, and provides strategic guidance on commission discussions. Requires active broker’s license in the applicable state, 5-7 years of residential real estate experience, strong communication and organizational skills, collaborative mindset, adaptability to technology, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet platforms.
