Job Summary
Approve all documents in Transaction Manager, review listing agreements and disclosures, and authorize form modifications for assigned territory. Respond to agent inquiries via email, phone, or virtual meetings to resolve contract discrepancies and provide guidance on disclosure requirements. Track and document all interactions using company systems while conducting in-person and virtual training sessions on transaction processes and local contract management. Collaborate with sales leadership to share best practices and present content at sales meetings. Requires an active broker's license, 5-7 years of residential transaction experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Active Broker's license in the state of service required
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in residential real estate transactions, with strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures required
- Ability to multi-task on a daily basis, transitioning between responsibilities
- Exceptional communication skills—able to explain complex concepts clearly, listen actively, and build trust with agents and colleagues
- Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and eager to share knowledge and learn from others
- Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable with emerging technology and new approaches to business growth
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet platforms
