Job Summary

Deal Administration Executive x2 responsible for developing and implementing deal strategies, improving deal processes, templates, and workflows; providing insights into deal trends and negotiations; contributing to enhancements in deal frameworks, pricing structures, and approval processes; capturing deal details in the advertising management system; maintaining sponsorship deal elements, pricing grids, rate structures, and related parameters; ensuring completeness and policy alignment of deal documentation; supporting Sales on deal processes and system navigation; training Sales on deal-related processes, templates, approval matrices, and best practices; maintaining a centralised deal register and preparing monthly deal performance updates; assisting with data summaries and historical spend analysis for negotiations; preparing comprehensive review and negotiation packs; cross-functional project involvement; governance, risk and compliance with SOPs and SLAs; stakeholder management; ensuring accurate revenue reporting and identifying risks; and driving continuous knowledge of deal structures and contracts. Inherent requirements include a formal qualification at NQF Level 5 or above and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant areas; location is Auckland Park, Johannesburg area.

Required Qualifications

  • A relevant qualification at NQF Level 5 or above
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales operations, deal administration, revenue assurance, or commercial support
  • Strong understanding of deal structures and contracting processes
  • Experience in media, advertising, or broadcasting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial accuracy
  • Analytical ability with understanding of spend tracking and deal performance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of sales workflows, deal structures, sponsorships, and commercials
  • Systems proficiency (CRM, advertising management platforms, SAP/finance interfaces)
  • High governance and compliance orientation
