Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations, managing order management, billing, accounts receivable, cash application, and collections to ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction. Drive initiatives to improve Days Sales Outstanding, Collection Effectiveness Index, and cash flow performance while reducing overdue receivables. Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, leading governance reviews and building relationships across Sales, Supply Chain, and Treasury teams. Lead and develop teams of Team Leads, Analysts, and Specialists through performance management and succession planning. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to enhance efficiency and support transformation projects. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory mandates. Night shift schedule with weekends off; return to office setup in Taguig.
