DE Underwriter

Conduct credit analysis and underwriting decisions for commercial real estate loans, reviewing applications, verifying data, and approving or rejecting submissions. Prepare underwriting memos, coordinate with loan officers and lenders, and manage the full underwriting lifecycle from file creation to closing. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
