Job Summary
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide supervision and training to persons served to enhance social wellbeing, health and safety in the least restrictive environment; administer medication per procedures upon successful state certifications; assist with transportation and daily activities; document supports provided and progress toward skill acquisition; attend mandated events, workshops, trainings, and meetings; manage usage of agency resources (vehicles, property, finances); and perform additional duties as assigned. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience with persons with disabilities; a valid health certificate and driving record are needed, with preference for a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications

- Valid health certificate to meet current funding authority requirements
- Valid state-issued driver’s license with current driving record in good standing preferred
