Job Summary
Meat department general helper responsible for ensuring meat deliveries meet USDA standards, maintaining correct stock and rotation, moving beef to the butchers’ table during production, trimming meat, and assisting in other meat department roles. Requires ability to lift 70 lbs, work in cold conditions, and operate in a team setting. Full-time schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with overtime as needed; includes weekend/holiday availability and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
