Job Summary
Design and build AI agents for application development lifecycle (SDLC) and enhancements, including code generation, API development, and refactoring; create testing, QA automation, and self-healing test frameworks; implement multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI) with RBAC, governance, and security considerations; enable RAG and context engineering using code repositories and knowledge bases; integrate agents into CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling; evaluate metrics for productivity, code quality, and cost; ensure IP protection and governance in enterprise AI deployments. Includes required skills in Python and at least one of Java/.NET/Node.js, REST/microservices, AI-powered developer tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, multi-agent patterns, DevOps tooling (GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes); 5–10 years experience and 2+ years GenAI/AI-led development preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory) and at least one of Java/.NET/Node.js
- Hands-on experience with application development & SDLC processes
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture
- Experience building AI-powered developer tools or agents
- Strong knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models)
- Prompt engineering & fine-tuning basics
- Experience in RAG-based solutions
- Hands-on with LangChain / Semantic Kernel / LlamaIndex
- Exposure to AutoGen / CrewAI / multi-agent patterns
- Familiarity with GitHub / Azure DevOps repositories
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker / Kubernetes (preferred)
- 5–10 years total experience
- 2+ years in GenAI / AI-led development (preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar developer productivity tools
- Exposure to code analysis tools (SonarQube, SAST/DAST)
- Experience in legacy modernization projects
- BFSI domain experience (for enterprise use cases)
