Job Summary
Legal-focused analyst role supporting AI and Data Compliance and Governance: assist with data protection and privacy governance across contracts, data transfers, data incidents, privacy impact assessments, data subject rights, and related compliance documentation. Collaborate globally to advise on external bids/projects, perform risk assessments, support DPO/director during incidents, help train stakeholders on AI & Data Compliance topics, maintain privacy notices/SOPs, manage data-related inquiries and reporting, and assist with review of data contracts and data sharing agreements. Requires ability to translate commercial, legal, AI, ethics, and data knowledge into compliance requirements and to communicate with stakeholders across jurisdictions. Relocation benefits and flexible/hybrid work arrangements are offered, with remote opportunities outside of country.
Required Qualifications
- Legal academic background
- Basic understanding of data protection laws and regulations (GDPR)
- Basic knowledge of data governance practices
- Familiarity with cyber security principles and standards (ISO27001, IEC 62443, NIST, NIS-R)
- Ability to translate knowledge into compliance requirements, policies, and processes
- Experience in data privacy/protection, information management and governance, compliance, legal, IT, data, or project fields
