DDS Program Coordinator - Stevens Street

Oversee day-to-day program operations by developing and monitoring the staff schedule, implementing procedures for health and safety, and coordinating medical and medication protocols. Provide goal-oriented supervision to Counselors, facilitate weekly staff meetings, and assist individuals in accessing transportation. Manage the program budget while ensuring optimal coverage and service plan implementation for adults with developmental disabilities. This role requires an Associate's degree, supervisory experience, and familiarity with the human services field.
