DDS Program Coordinator - Richard Road

Oversee day-to-day program operations by developing and monitoring the schedule to ensure optimum coverage. Facilitate weekly staff meetings, participate in supervision, and coordinate with the team to implement activities, service plans, and medical protocols. Provide goal-oriented supervision to Counselors and manage the program budget while developing procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served. Assist people to access and provide needed transportation. Requires an Associate's Degree or higher, supervisory experience, and experience working with adults with disabilities. Base rate is $26.00/Hr.
