DDS Day Hab Support Staff - Community Connections

Implement all service and behavior plans with support from the interdisciplinary team while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals served. Provide direct care, guidance, advocacy, and life skills education to adults with intellectual disabilities, facilitating their development of valued community roles and personal relationships. Review and complete all required documentation and participate in team meetings, supervisions, and other assigned meetings to maintain a supportive and structured environment. This role offers an additional hourly differential for certain skills, locations, training, and populations.
