DDS Awake Overnight Counselor - Deerfield Road

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness in living independently by implementing individualized service plans, providing direct personal care, administering medication, and performing behavioral interventions. Support daily living skills including transportation, recreational activities, and role modeling while ensuring site health, safety, and cleanliness. Review and complete all required documentation. This role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and reliability. Base rate is $20.00/hour with an additional hourly differential available for certain skills and locations.
