DDC Project Manager - Wilson

Job Summary
DDC Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and finalizing DDC projects according to specifications and schedule, while keeping the project within budget. Oversees quality control throughout the project lifecycle and maintains high levels of customer service. Sets goals and objectives for the team and manages performance; manages field staff and subcontractors, and minimizes project risks until successful completion. Must have 3+ years of DDC project management experience, strong budgeting/cost-tracking skills, ability to review plans and specifications for construction projects, and experience coordinating meetings with subcontractors. Knowledge of building construction trades is required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment. Valid driver's license required. Flexibility to work outside normal hours/weekends as needed. Specific knowledge of Distech, Siemens, Trend, and other Tridium-based systems is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of DDC Project Management experience
- Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products
- Good working knowledge of building construction trades
- Excellent people and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with budgets and cost-tracking
- Experience with project meetings and working with subcontractors
- Strong comprehension of plans and specifications for construction projects
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours/weekends as required
- Self-motivation and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Specific knowledge of Distech, Siemens, Trend, and other Tridium-based systems is a plus
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform related tasks
