Job Summary
Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support while assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to individual care plans, perform light housekeeping duties, and monitor and document client health, behavior, and daily activities. Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings, offering companionship and emotional support to promote well-being. Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation required; background check and drug screening mandatory. Prior experience as a Direct Care Worker, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
