Job Summary
Provide supervision and support to adults with behavioral health needs during evening, night, and weekend hours. Implement Individual Plans of Service and assist with hygiene, meals, dressing, mobility, and personal care. De-escalate conflict or crisis situations while monitoring resident safety, well-being, and changes in behavior. Administer medication after completing required training and complete accurate documentation including shift notes and incident reports. Maintain household cleanliness, laundry, and meal preparation while assisting with community integration. Use required software for scheduling and documentation. Uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries. This part-time role includes holiday rotations and is situated in a licensed Adult Foster Care environment.

- Administer medication (after completing required training)
- Complete accurate documentation (shift notes, incident reports, logs)
- Maintain cleanliness, household tasks, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assist with outings, appointments, and safe community integration as needed
- Use required software such as Google Drive, Monday.com, Cares/ECP, and Paychex for scheduling and documentation
- Uphold confidentiality, resident rights, and professional boundaries
