Job Summary
Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults, following a written plan of care by a registered nurse. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while preparing meals and administering medication reminders. Support mobility through range of motion exercises and ambulation assistance, utilizing mechanical lifting devices as needed. Travel to clients' homes in Media PA to deliver one-on-one care focused on safety, independence, and dignity.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
