DCSS Analyst

Monitor project progress by tracking spend, publishing reports, and ensuring timely project closure. Lead the planning, forecasting, and execution of approximately $130 million in supply chain capital and expense projects. Collect, analyze, and report data trends from capital solicitations, unexpected projects, and field locations to support building plans and forecasts. Communicate plan specifics and progress to leaders up to the VP level while producing variance, trend, and comparison data for past, current, and future projects. Manage the Capital Solicitation Process in ServiceChannel and Spend Management, setting up vendors on application platforms and addressing invoice or purchase order issues. Develop tools for budgeting and forecasting, conduct training sessions, and collaborate cross-functionally with facility maintenance, finance, and engineering teams to optimize asset life cycles and enterprise-level reporting.
