Job Summary
Design structural layouts for liquid cooling products, including plates, power supplies, cabinets, and CDUs, while selecting components and verifying technical parameters. Liaise with customers to translate requirements into development specifications and complete designs within agreed timeframes. Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis of cutting-edge structural technologies, then compile technical documents and standards. Apply 2D and 3D drafting software to model structures and ensure compliance with safety standards for data center applications. Requires a degree in mechanical design or related fields, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in Creo/ProE.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Materials Forming and Control Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with structural design and manufacturing processes, including requirements for sheet metal fabrication, stamping, and welding
- Familiarity with design requirements for liquid cooling products and relevant safety standards
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D drafting software such as Creo/ProE and CAD
- skilled in mechanical structure and product modeling
- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to prioritize customer needs as the goal of product development
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively integrating internal and external resources to achieve project objectives
