Job Summary
Design and oversee the liquid cooling platform for data centers, including CDU, cold plates, manifolds, and racks. Conduct simulation analysis and optimization to improve efficiency and stability; oversee testing to ensure compliance with technical specs and industry standards; collaborate on integration and commissioning across various applications; prepare technical documentation and provide customer technical support. Requires familiarity with liquid cooling roadmaps and industry trends, understanding of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics, strong learning ability, and excellent communication/teamwork to collaborate across departments. Preferred experience in data center liquid cooling and/or AI server liquid cooling.
