Job Summary
Lead process development and mass-production introduction of liquid-cooled power products, establishing and optimizing assembly, sealing, testing, and manufacturing process standards. Develop leak prevention, coolant filling, venting, and reliability processes while driving automation production line deployment and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues to improve yield, quality, and efficiency, collaborating with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams for successful delivery. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Electrical, or Automation Engineering with over five years of experience in liquid cooling or power electronics manufacturing. NPI, PFMEA, and familiarity with tools like Cero and Mentor PADS are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines.
- More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering within liquid cooling, power electronics, power supply, or data center industries.
- Familiar with NPI, PFMEA, and liquid-cooling assembly processes.
- Proficient in engineering and analytical tools such as Cero, Mentor PADS/ Xpedition.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data center liquid cooling and/or AI server liquid cooling
