Job Summary
Oversee plant operations, production, logistics, and maintenance while supervising 7-10 staff members to maximize daily output and meet budget and production goals. Develop and manage strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve organizational and financial objectives, ensuring targets and KPIs are met through regular reporting and variance analysis. Coordinate direction and control for operating objectives, manage labor requirements, production planning, inventory, and instrumentation calibration, and apply critical thinking to identify root causes of problems. Retain, motivate, and develop employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years experience in the construction industry
- Class A CDL
- MN DOT Certification
- Mechanical aptitude to ensure equipment is maintained, supported and available for use
- Math skills: Calculate discounts, interest, commission, proportion, percentage, area, circumference and volume
- Speak, read and understand documents in English
- Individuals who work safely and have the courage to speak up if you see unsafe behavior or conditions
